The following 2015-2106 Twain Award nominees have been selected based on the following criteria.
-Only members of the Comx Box Comics Syndicate are eligible. Special features and cartoons by guest editors are not nominated.
-Nominees are comprised of cartoons that began posting on March 17th of 2015 thru September 16th of 2015.
-The 4 semi-finalists will be determined by the vote of 5 judges. 4 of these judges are Comx Box readers, none of whom are cartoonists, and the 5th judge is the CB Publisher, Tom/TAME. Good luck to all of the nominees. -Tom
